Founded in 1992, China Resources Enterprise, Limited is the Hong Kong flagship subsidiary of China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited in the comprehensive consumer goods and retail services businesses. The Company focuses on three businesses: beer, food and beverage.
For the beer division, China Resources Beer (Holdings) Company Limited is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code 291.HK. It is the parent company of China Resources Snow Breweries Limited, the largest beer manufacturer, seller and distributor in China. Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support for Financial Management Center, as well as provide secretarial support to the CFO and the GM of Financial Management Center;
2. Organize internal and external functions, including meeting arrangement, time management, venue booking, invitation, meeting material and presentation, venue setup and etc.;
3. Coordinate travel arrangements, including: car booking, flight/vehicle/hotel reservation, itinerary and etc.;
4. Maintain and improve a systematic filing system and handle confidential information properly;
5. Manage the departmental schedule;
6. Provide interdepartmental support when necessary;
7. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirement:
1. Tertiary education background;
2. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus;
3. Detailed-minded, well-organized and self-motivated;
4. With strong sense of responsibility, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure;
5. Good interpersonal skills and an excellent team player;
6. Proficiency in using MS Office suite (including PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and Chinese word processing.
