Job Description

A well-established Law Firm in Central invites applications to fill the following vacancy :

Secretary

  • Matriculated or formal secretarial training
  • 2 – 3 years’ working experience
  • Initiative, detail-oriented and well-organized personality
  • Organized, hardworking and self motivated
  • Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word-Processing), fast and accurate typing, and good command of English & Chinese.
  • Perform general secretarial work and keeping files and records up to date
