Job Description

Our client is a well-known UK-based law firm with a professional and international environment. The firm's presence spans widely across United States, Europe and China. They are currently looking for an independent and organized Secretary / Office Assistant to support their legal team in the Hong Kong office.


This is a 6-month contract position.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to the legal team, e.g. manage calendar, weekly meetings and travel arrangements
  • Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks, including but not limited to front office reception and administration duties
  • To assist in preparing and formatting legal documents
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned


Professional Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in secretarial and general administrative support
  • Degree holder / candidate who has obtained formal secretarial training certificates
  • Good command of both spoken and written English is a MUST; and Fluency in Mandarin will be preferred
  • Good computer skill / knowledge of MS Word usage will be required
  • Proficient in word processing including both English and Chinese
  • Good documents management skill
  • Prior working experience in legal industry is a plus
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
