- Diploma or above in business administration or related disciplines, degree in finance is highly preferred.
- Welcome for first graduates with financial degree or associated degree is related field.
- 1 years of relevance secretarial experience proven track record in serving sales executives
- Prefer candidates with banking and finance secretarial experiences.
- Exposure in banking, investment brokage, insurance and wealth management company, any secretarial position in financial industry is highly preferred
- General knowledge in investment products and wealth management services
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Highly Proficiency in Window, MS Word, Excel, power point and Chinese Word Processing
- High Language proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua.
- Strong sense of responsibility, mature, independent, responsible
- Can work under pressure with flexibility and handle multi tasks in a fast speed

- Major Job Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and all round support to senior sales executive and sales teams.
- Ensure the correctness and completeness of investment and insurance related documents.
- Prepare correspondence investment transactions reports by excel and client presentation by MS power point and words documents etc.
- Translation of relevant financial reports form English to Chinese.
- Handle confidential information, maintain good filing system to ensure safe-keeping of records, correspondences and documents.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication.
- Undertake ad hoc projects/tasks as required.
- Capable of managing multi-tasks and prioritize work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Capable to handle all enquires and correspondence independently
Working Location: TST, Wan Chi, Causeway Bay (We have several offices )
Business traveling outside HK: Rarely but is part of job requirements
Flexibility on working days and hours is needed.
