Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and admin support to the senior executive, including document preparation and management

  • Liaise with departments on work progress and consolidate to Management;

  • Organize and maintain senior management calendar in updated manner

  • Make travel & accommodation arrangements

  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments when necessary

 

Requirements:

  • University Graduate with fluent oral and written communications skills in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and English. Fluency in other language (French, Spanish and Portuguese) is an advantage.

  • 4-5 years working experience in office administrative operations and secretarial experiences

  • Familiar with computer literacy is required

  • High motivated and self-initiated

  • Responsible with good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Mature, detail oriented, a good team player with strong sense of responsibility, able to multi-task and prioritize required

  • Immediate available
