Job description:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team
  • Record keeping, filing, document management, data entry
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on business as well as personal matters proactively and independently
  • Handle incoming and greeting guests in a professional manner
  • Handle daily operation of the office


Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with formal secretarial training
  • At least 1 – 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS office and Word Processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written)
  • Responsible, willing to learn and hardworking
  • Immediate available is preferred
