Job Description

Duties as follows:

  • Participate and assist in full range secretarial, HR and administrative support to General Manager & Director
  • Sort and review incoming mails and emails
  • Handle business correspondence, coordinate meetings and schedule appointments
  • Preparing agendas, minute-taking and other follow works
  • Assist in any ad hoc project as assigned
  • Handle daily operations, including recruitment, staff movement, payroll administration, MPF, medical claim, employee benefits, leave record/attendance record maintenance, keys management etc.
  • Maintain staff database and prepare HR report for management review
  • Assist in HR policies review and implementation of new initiatives
  • Responsible for the general office administration, including office supplies, facilities and equipment maintenance etc.
  • Responsible for interview coordination and the whole hiring process
  • Preparing regular reports & perform general clerical duties
  • Perform general receptionist duties, handle phone call, reply e-mail and clerical support duties


  • University graduate of HR management or business administration with 2 years relevant experience
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin
  • Familiar with MS office and Chinese word processing
  • Self-motivated, positive, proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Mature, detail minded with good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
