Job Description

Secretary / Sales & Marketing Assistant (Banking) - Contract

 

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team, coordinating and liaising with various external/ internal parties, scheduling meetings and appointments to the management, preparing periodical sales reports, presentations and other correspondences, arranging flight and accommodation arrangement to the team, maintaining updated travel/ attendance records and other ad hoc assignments.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder 
  • At least 1 years' secretarial / administrative / department assistant / marketing assistant / sales support / back office experience preferably in banking / finance industry
  • Familiar with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Ability to work under pressure, independent with strong communication skills;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Fluent spoken Mandarin is a must);
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
