Job Description

Our client, a beauty salon based in APAC is looking for a talent to join their crew as a Sr. Therapist / Therapist (Waxing and Hair Removal).


For Senior role

Job Responsibilities:

  • Role will report to the General Manager in Hong Kong
  • Work with management on sales and marketing efforts, service/product offering, sales targets and store improvements
  • Oversee and monitor daily operation of beauty salons, supervision and training of staffs and monitoring store sales
  • Provide support to staffs, enforce discipline and establish outstanding employee morale and corporate culture
  • Set and maintain company standard with high standard of service, cleanliness and treatment protocols etc.
  • Perform waxing and laser treatment, promote services and products to achieve sales targets

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years relevant working experience in aesthetic/beauty industry
  • Previous experience as a waxing and laser/RF/Microdermabrasion esthetician preferred
  • Comfortable handling female and male customers
  • Willingness to work on weekends
  • Good command of written and spoken English. Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) capability preferred
  • Strong experience in coaching and managing staffs
  • Proactive and aggressive work attitude, assertive, disciplined, decisive and able to tackle challenges
  • Good people management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional candidates with experience running/holding a senior position in a waxing salon maybe offered a guaranteed package, candidates waiting for their contract to finish will also be considered
  • Strong business sense, commercial


For Junior role

  • Fine for getting fresh graduate and will provide training for new joiner 
  • Basic English and good Cantonese is must
