Job Responsibilities:   

• Operating as the lead point of contract for any and all matters specific to your accounts
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets & meeting plan sales growth
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Forecast track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales result and annual forecast)
• Present sales, revenue and expenses report and realistic forecast to the management team
• Cultivate relationships with existing and new clients
• Most of the tasks are mainly related to China Tonghai Communications Limited 

Job Requirements:  

• Matriculated or above;
• 3-5 years’ experience in Sales & Account Servicing
• Self-motivated, result-driven with excellent attention to detail
• Good spoken and written in English & Chinese (Fluent Mandarin is a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
