Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Industry service planning: Take the lead in formulating and implementing customer service strategies and service partner strategies for the responsible industry, build the industry service ecosystem, and take charge of the overall industry service operation targets.
  • Industry service solution sales: Provide comprehensive service solutions for customers, and take charge of the competitiveness, deliverability, and profitability of the solutions.
  • Delivery and service execution management: Serve as the primary owner for service customer satisfaction, work with partners to develop and maintain the industry-specific service customer relationship platform, manage customer expectations, and improve customer perception. Take charge of cyber security of the industry, and organize and manage network maintenance teams dedicated to named accounts (NAs).
  • Partner ecosystem development: Develop service resources of the industry, including vendor, partner, and channel resources.
  • Industry customer relationship maintenance and industry influence improvement: Establish and maintain the relationship with industry customers, related associations, and alliances, and improve the industry service influence.

 

Requirements:

  • 5 years+ account service experience in well-known ICT company.
  • Master knowledge of enterprise service products/solutions or industry service knowledge. Have obtained CCNP/HCNP/HCS certificates will be plus.
  • Be capable of identifying and understanding the customer requirement, and analyze them effectively to accomplish the development of service sales opportunities of key accounts.
  • Be capable to communicate with the key account effectively and present Huawei service concept, method and service solution plan and guide the customer to make advantageous decisions for Huawei.
