Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and complete Finance operation activities in premiums collection, broker reconciliations and premiums settlement, with an objective of clearing balances timely and efficiently
  • Manage operational insurance payments
  • Manage account receivable aging analysis for instant credit controls
  • Build strong relationships with business units for process collaboration
  • Clear unidentified receipts and premium suspense
  • Monitor processes and procedures and suggest process improvement and technological enhancements
  • Attentive to details and be able to deliver accurate output; self-motivated and drive for career development
  • Perform other finance-related duties and special projects as assigned

Key Requirements:

  • College graduate or above
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with financial institutions, preference will be given to candidate with insurance industry experience
  • Experience in AS400, SUN Accounting System is an added advantage
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Team player, self-motivated and attention to details and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in PC skills (i.e. Ms. Excel)
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
