Job Description

A listed company in Hong Kong is looking for an Administration Senior Manager to overseas their Hong Kong and China team in office planning, renovation/relocation, office standardized procedures, etc.

The ideal candidate would need to be experienced in having both Hong Kong and China office planning exposure from a sizable multi-national company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Group Administration Department to ensure the teams in both HK and China performing full spectrum of administrative services efficiently
  • Formulate a standarized policy and operational procedure for China and make sure it is implemented effecitvely
  • Manage the teams to execute, well-organize, and follow up the company's meetings and activities
  • Aligning with Group's strategy and direction, regularly review and update the policy as well as operational procedure to ensure the quality service is delivered
  • Monitor and enhace the performance of vendors to assure that all office services are provided effciently with high quality
  • Lead the teams to carry out the ad-hoc projects such as office co-location and renovation

Main Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant disciplines is preferable
  • Minimum 12 years' relevant working experience with at least 5 tears in managerial level
  • Preferably gained experiences from multinational companies
  • PRC experience and international exposure is an added advantage
  • Solid experience in handling office co-location and renovation
  • Mature, proactive, detailed-orientated and well organized
  • Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills and able to deal with different stakeholders
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Occasionally travel to China is required
