Job Description

Our Client

Our client is a well-known international professional services firm in Central looking for a Senior Administration Officer to assist the Office Manager.

The Role

You will need to provide a full range of general administrative support to ensure the smooth operations in the office, such as office supplies procurement, facilities maintenance, and office renovation. You will also need to arrange conference rooms booking, prepare documents and maintain file records in an accurate and timely manner. Assist in any ad hoc assignments as required.

To Qualify

  • Matriculated, Bachelor's degree holder is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in professional services or listed companies, less experience could be considered as Administration Officer or Administration Assistant
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Flexible, skilled at prioritising tasks and multi-tasking
  • Good team player with great interpersonal and communication skills, detail-minded and able to work independently
