Job Description

Our Project Development Department is now inviting high calibre persons to apply for this position :

 

Responsibilities

Working in our Project Development Department, the incumbent will be responsible for

  • Prepare financial models and conduct feasibility studies on investment projects
  • Perform research and underwriting on potential investment opportunities and coordinate M&A deal execution
  • Monitor and manage performance of existing investment portfolio
  • Liaise with internal departments and external professionals
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as required by the management

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience from audit firms or sizeable listed corporations
  • Experience in audit, transaction services or in-house corporate finance functions is highly preferred
  • Experience in handling overseas market or real estate investment is a plus
  • Qualified member or finalist of CPA or CFA is preferred
  • Strong analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Business travels is required upon occasion
