Job Description

The Senior Application Support Specialist is responsible for performing L1 to L2 support, bug fixing and change request implementaion

Client Details

  • Perform daily customers' technical support and bug fixing
  • Implement change request on application
  • Provide L1 to L2 support and troubleshoot incidents on a daily basis
  • Act as an interface/integrator between the Business and clients' IT teams supporting the service

Description

  • Degree in IT or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in BAU support or development
  • Good programming skills in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, JSP, Java.
  • Experience in working with databases (Oracle) / C++ are highly desirable
  • Knowledge in financial market or market data are highly desirable
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Profile
