Job Summary

Assist in managing agency promotion & communications, as well as help drive business of all lines to ensure effective promotion tools, services and motivations to agency force, thus contribute to achieve Company production targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

Agency Promotion

• Assist in creating and executing promotion ideas for agency force based on available resources & budget
• Utilize various channels to cultivate, encourage & remind agency force to achieve business targets
• Communicate and handle projects within & across departments independently
• Liaise and supervise suppliers/sub-contractors for daily operation of the design section.
• Explore new ideas, promotion & presentation methods, especially in digital platform

Agency Communications

• Assist in drafting regular newsletter and various management messages to deliver company core focus to agency force.
• Develop creative storyline and promotion message to achieve our business targets
• Explore new communication platform, especially in digital side, to deliver our core company messages promptly

Projects Organization

• Assist in assigned projects & taskforces to provide the best contribution to the agency force and the Company.

Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Job Requirements

• University graduate with minimum 2-year experience, preferably in the field of advertising, marketing or public relation field with degree in Mass Communications, Marketing and Advertising    
• Proactive and good project management skills
• Good language ability in English and Chinese
• Strong Excel and PPT capability
• Creative and resourceful in design field
• Familiar with design & filming software will be value added 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Associate
