Job Summary

To provide efficient and quality supports to the administration of HKFI/IA license registration, and assist in managing assigned projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

Routine Operations

  • Process HKFI/IA registration and maintain proper licensing record according to the pre-defined due diligence procedures and control governance.
  • Perform data entry; ensure completeness of documentations received (including the verification supporting document on academic qualification) and arrange delivery of applications to HKFI/IA within the next working day upon full application received.
  • Handle deregistration promptly within 7 working days upon termination.
  • Handle promotion, demotion, agent reinstatement and change of agency hierarchy related tasks including system update, letter issuance and maintain proper documentation.
  • Prepare and arrange registration related payment and regular reports.
  • Assist Team Head to establish, review and update the workflows and control procedures on a regular basis.
  • Handle enquiries from internal departments.
  • Willingness to perform job rotation when and as required.
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.

Agency Admin Transformation and Other Projects

  • Participate in departmental transformation exercise, review and provide recommendations to streamline and eliminate non-value added workflows/ procedures, assist to establish documented workflows/procedures as well as participate in system migration/enhancement projects.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in financial institution, relevant experience in agency registration / contracting area, and administrative support to agency channel is preferable

 
Specific Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills and attentive to details
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is preferable)
