Job Description

Loan Administration Department

 

Job Duties:

  • Preparation of facilities letters to qualified customers
  • Preparation of instructions to solicitor firms to prepare mortgages.
  • Preparation of cover letters for the release of mortgages.
  • Facility letter registration and distribution               
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.        

 

Job Requirements:

  • Post-secondary or above
  • Minimum 1 year of banking experience in Loans Administration
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and PC operations
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
