Computershare Plan Managers – Senior Business Analyst, Strategic Developments and Projects

Employee share plans are becoming increasingly popular in Asia as a tool of incentivising staff. Computershare Plan Managers Asia is the largest provider of share plan administration solutions in the region, assisting top employers with managing their employee share schemes. We are now looking to add a talented and enthusiastic Business Analyst to our Strategic Developments and Projects Team in order to continue leading Asia in Employee Share Plan services.


The successful candidate will be working with some of Asia’s biggest companies in a global capacity, implementing and developing Computershare’s superior client service offering to employee populations all over the world. Your core responsibilities:

  • Use your Business Analyst toolkit to effectively identify, elicit and document both internal and external client requirements
  • Act as the key liaison between the business and technology teams to ensure that requirements are met and benefits are realised covering project management, resource planning, communications, user acceptance testing and implementation
  • Help design, document and maintain system processes through all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Prepare and manage programmes of work for employee share plan implementations and key events covering project inception, project management, stakeholder communications and implementation
  • Develop and grow new ideas for internal improvements and potential new lines of business, leveraging Computershare’s internal network and technological focus


We want to hear from you if you are:

  • University graduate
  • 5+ years in a business analyst or similar role.
  • Strong experience preparing process and requirement documentation
  • Clear communicator, confident in talking to people
  • Proactive approach to work, willing to take initiative and follow through with delivery
  • Keen attention to detail and problem solving capabilities
  • Proven experience dealing with multiple projects of work and effective prioritisation
  • Fun and energetic personality capable of working individually or as part of a team
  • Ability to articulate information clearly and concisely via meetings, presentations and workshops
  • Confident to deal with senior management and executives across all areas of the business
  • Can tailor communications to suit different levels of audiences
  • Ability to transfer the knowledge gained throughout various parts of the organisation
  • Manage a network of senior stakeholders
  • Challenges senior stakeholders to ensure solutions are beneficial to the company
  • Able to analyse requirements, risks and issues and can prioritise requirements based on priority and benefits
  • Must be able to adapt to change, work well under pressure and be open to new ideas
  • Ability to speak Cantonese and Mandarin will be beneficial, but not mandatory
  • Experience in the finance industry will be looked at favourably
