As Senior Business Manager, you will lead a small sales team to meet and exceed business target and identify new opportunities based on your understanding of the pharmaceutical and medical landscape. You and your team will nurture business leads into potential clients. You will also provide sales forecasts and reports on performances regularly, as well as coaching/mentorship to the sales team.
You should have at least 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Experiences in pharmaceutical firms or in firms that provide services to healthcare industry are highly valued. You should also possess team leadership experience and demonstrates great communications skills in English and Chinese.
