A fast growing Digital Bank is looking for a Senior Call Centre Officer

Your new company
A fast growing Digital Bank is looking for a Senior Contact Centre Officer (1-Year Renewable Contract)

Your new role

  • Be the major contact point of the Bank to handle inquiries, applications, transactions and requests from customers via different channels such as Inbound Call or Digital Replies.
  • Provide feedback to the team or to related stakeholders to help establishing and improving the Contact Centre.
  • Provide training to new staffs when necessary.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Post Secondary degree or above
  • 2 years+ of working experience in the related field
  • Tech Savy
  • Holder of HKSI and IIQE will be an advantage
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
