Job Description

Life Operations Department


  • Assess and process claims according to company’s guidelines
  • Prepares required analysis and reports
  • Handle claims inquiries from policy owners and insurance agents
  • Assist to prepare authorization form and letter
  • Coordination between hospital / medical services providers for claims arrangement


  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 3 years working experiences in claims or underwriting duties in insurance industry
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Fringe benefits: double pay, medical benefits, annual leave, and mandatory provident fund.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
