Job Description

  • Ensure timely services and accuracy of work


  • Cooperate with other teams and resolve exceptional cases and recommending appropriate solution and guidance
  • Assess and settle different types of claims of individual products
  • Ensure and improve claims service turnaround time.
  • Provide professional claims information to agents/brokers/clients
  • Assist in conducting Claims Seminar to agents
  • Review procedures for continuous improvement
  • Cooperate with other teams to meet the deadlines and expectation of services
  • Report and analyze information and find appropriate solution and proactive to handle the problems
  • Support claims related inquiries
  • Willing to learn and be a good team player to achieve team goals


  • Degree holder
  • Around 2-3 years' relevant work experience, preferably from life insurance industry.
  • LOMA qualification/FLMI preferred
  • Able to work under dynamic environment
  • Customer oriented and attentive to details
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
