Job Description

Objective

Maintain good relations with clients and coordinate work efficiently to ensure high levels of service quality.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries;
  • Provide quotation and follow-up orders;
  • Coordinate between external and internal clients to ensure to complete the order on time;
  • Develop a relationship with client;
  • Handle ad-hoc assignment as required.

The Skills We’re Looking For

  • Diploma/degree holder in Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline;
  • At least 1 -2 years of relevant working experience;
  • Fresh Graduates and less experience will be considered as Client Service Representative  
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good problem-solving skill;
  • Self-initiated, independent and a good team player.
