  • Manage and oversee the operations of all clinics
  • P&L, budgeting, forecasting
  • Formulate and monitor sales plan and activities to ensure the sales performance and maximize sales turnover
  • Set Up SOP and ensure all compliance of operational processes and procedures for clinic operations
  • Liaise with internal departments and contribute to the effective implementation of marketing activities and promotions
  • Maintain Customer Service Levels and CRM program to maintain brand loyalty
  • Monitor manpower planning, staff performance and discipline, make recommendations for improvement
  • Regularly monitor and analyze sales data to propose action plans and incentives to elevate business performance
  • Research and report competitors’ information, strategies, activities and performance; recommend appropriate actions when necessary;
  • Handle ad hoc projects such as new stores opening project.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Operation Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business or other relevant health care qualifications is an advantage
  • A proven track record in managing clinic/retail operations at a managerial level
  • Effective people management skills: motivation, development and performance management
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
