Job Description

A well-known HK listed developer is looking for a Senior Company Secretarial Officer to join their team of 3. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are looking for upward mobility in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing full spectrum of company secretarial services to the Company and its subsidiaries
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and listing requirements, including but not limited to filing of statutory and regulatory forms, the coordination and preparation of annual / interim reports and drafting of resolutions and minutes
  • Assisting any adhoc tasks

Key Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • HKICS student/associate member
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience gained from Hong Kong listed companies or professional firms
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance, SFO reporting requirements and other relevant laws and regulations
  • Independent, hardworking and meticulous
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
