Job Description

This is a great in-house company secretarial role, to be part of a well-structured Legal & Company Secretary Department. Our client is a main board listed company and is one of the largest corporate in the industry. They are looking for a Senior Company Secretary Officer / Officer.

We are now seeking for a SENIOR COM SEC OFFICER (28-33K x 13)


  • Report to Named Company Secretary and support by 1 Assistant
  • Review and handle full set of company secretarial duties of the Group and its subsidiaries
  • Prepare announcements, interim and annual reports and circulars
  • Maintain/update statutory records and regulatory compliance
  • Answering queries on all company secretary related matters


  • Degree holder with Associate Member of HKICS/ICSA
  • With at least 5-8 years relevant experience with sizable listed companies
  • Solid knowledge and understanding in Hong Kong Listing rules and Compliance Ordinance and other statutory guideline
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels
  • Independent, detail oriented, able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
