Our client is one of a International Insurance Company, they are currently looking for a high caliber to fill up above positions for their HK susidiary company.
Senior Complaint Management Officer (Non call centre)
Manage complaints, adhere to operating guidelines, work within delegated authorities, meet departmental SLA targets and pass periodic independent quality control reviews
Handle and investigate complaint cases from direct customers.
Work in conjunction with Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Distribution and Operations, to provide resolutions and responses in shorter timeframes than non-priority cases.
Review investigation results, rectification actions and correspondence and compensation (within delegated authority) for non-priority cases performed team
Assist in developing, maintaining and enforcing operating guidelines which align with Company standards.
Relevant working experience in insurance or banking industry is an advantage
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Customer Services or Complaint handling in Insurance products
Strong analytical, logical, negotiation and problem solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written English and Chinese correspondence skill
Good verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
