Primary Duties:

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for leading system development and consulting work in the area of Process & Data Management Solutions, and Operational & IT Support Services. We cover a wide range of software products, including Yardi, MRI, Argus, Oracle JD Edwards, EBS, BI & EPM, Cloud, NetSuite, Planimetron Propidex, Anaplan, AutoCAD, Ultipro, Qlik, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. The successful candidate will:

• Lead in systems design and development, setup, data conversion, training, testing

• Design lean, effective and easy-to-use web pages to customer requirements

• Provide programming services in coding, development, maintenance and system integration of web systems

• Perform system development work according to specifications

• Prepare and compile documentation

• Design and implement web site security measures such as firewalls

• Deliver data integration by implementing shared databases or integrating data shared across systems

• Keep apprised of current best practices, including security and encryption protocols

• Generate deliverables with quality and ensure the timeliness of the team’s deliverables

• Support testing efforts by researching and resolving issues

• Perform other duties assigned by the manager/supervisor related to application development

• Communicate project status to project manager

• Ensure information and documentation is accessible in the document repository

• Supply organizational, operational, or systems knowledge for a particular business function

• Carry out IT infrastructure support, application support and maintenance for clients

• Comply with the company’s established directives, policies, and best practices


• Degree in computer science, information systems, technology, engineering, business administration or related

• At least 4 years’ experience in web applications development

• Proficient in Cantonese, Putonghua and English

• Excellent technical knowledge

• Experience in theme development under WordPress, and other CMS systems

• In-depth knowledge in SQL and client/server side scripting/coding e.g. HTML, CSS, PHP, JQuery, AJAX, Javascript and database experience of Oracle, SQL Server and etc.

• Understand TaskScheduler utility in Windows, cron/at jobs in Linux

• Knowledge in web system infrastructure, database encryption, web application firewall and SSL

• Experience in consulting work for any of the specific functional areas, for example, Real Estate, Facility Management, Space Management, Financial, is an advantage

• Experience in any of the following solutions is an advantage – Yardi, MRI, Argus, Oracle JD Edwards, EBS, BI & EPM, Cloud, NetSuite, Planimetron Propidex, Anaplan, AutoCAD, Ultipro, Qlik, Microsoft Dynamics

• Experience in real estate, construction, hospitality, F&B, consumer & industrial, or life sciences & healthcare industry is a plus
