Job Description

About the Company

Our client is a well-known conglomerate in Hong Kong. Currently, they are looking for a (Senior) CRM Manager to join their team to support the growing business.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver all CRM targets through the development and implementation of a CRM strategy and roadmap
  • Plan, create and execute CRM campaigns across the company brands to drive brand awareness, customer retention and customer loyalty for all target audiences. This includes idea generation and exploration, preparing and presenting proposals, overseeing the creative and production processes and ensuring successful execution.
  • Develop a full structured segmentation analysis of the database to recognise segment opportunities and deliver targeted communication strategies
  • Create and manage trigger email campaigns throughout customers' lifecycles
  • Plan and execute a target re-activation programme to increase the level of engagement with customers and support business development initiatives
  • Building a testing programme to execute structured A/B and multivariate testing on email campaigns to deliver maximum campaign effectiveness
  • Champion data quality by working with the marketing and sales teams to improve the quality and consistency of data capture across all customer touch points
  • Create a programme to manage our bounce-back data and reactivate relevant contacts to ensure we maintain data integrity
  • Build a measurement infrastructure that underpins the CRM activities to enable effective tracking and reporting.
  • Draw insights and present results clearly making recommendations for improvement
  • Working closely with senior leadership members to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company


Requirement:

  • 8+ years working experience in Loyalty Marketing / CRM Planning within the Consumer Sector preferably from Luxury / Retail brands
  • Proven track record of delivering best practice CRM campaigns
  • Proven experience in delivering CRM analysis and campaign dashboards
  • Experience of triggered campaigns based on behavioural analysis and implementation of progressive profiling campaigns
  • Excellent command in both English and Chinese
