Division: Customer Service Division
In this position, you will:
Supervise a Hotline team to provide quality customer service to clients and follow through Company policy and procedure;
Ensure the daily Hotline operation and traffic analysis performance targets are met;
Coach, monitor and deliver on–the–job training to subordinates;
Consolidate and analyze raw data to prepare statistical reports for management review;
Review on operation procedures’ enhancement;
Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
Form 7 or above;
At least 5 years Customer Service with 3 years of hotline operation experience preferably in Telecom industry;
Good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
Excellent management skill, self-driven, diligent, good team player, organized and target oriented;
Strong in MS office;
Strong marketing sense of competitors’ offers;
Less experience will be considered as Senior Customer Care Specialist
When you work:
5 days’ work per week in shift pattern (including Sunday and Public Holiday)
8.75 hours per day (including 1 hour for meal)
