Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Ensure all payment collected met Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guideline
  • Respond all autopay cycle upload/download
  • Ensure correct autopay result and respond for any action and co-ordination
  • Ensure correct balance in all kind of payment through daily collection
  • Ensure daily payment reconcile report for all cashier locations with payment details fit financial control requirement and within turnaround time (TAT)
  • Prepare and update daily and monthly report for reconcile with Finance
  • Respond and monitor for any inconsistent transaction payment data input
  • Control and monitor suspicious large cash flow
  • Ensure all in and out cashier transaction or task completed within TAT
  • Control transaction in system reversal or patching case and report to senior from time to time
  • Work with IT staff to optimize customer service and payment processes in the most cost efficient way
  • Ensure proper and sufficient resource, forecasted levels of activities, and seasonal payment cycle for different service counters in order to allocate proper manpower to fit the service requirement
  • Act as contact point or coordinator for other functional area in cashier issue related
  • Support projects/initiatives related to Cashier service and fraud control

Qualifications:

  • University degree in finance, accounting, quantitative analysis or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience in insurance industry
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Well organized, self-initiative and a good team player
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office, including the use of Excel
