Job Description

Our client, a well-known insurance company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Specialist/ Customer Service Officer to join its dynamic team:



Handle Inbound calls from agent / IFA / Broker / customer to deliver outstanding customer experience

Handle complaints and enquiries

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Provide excellent services and professional advice to customers with continuous improvement

Collect customer feedback and report to superiors of customers problems encountered

Support to teams ensure the operation smoothly

Being trainer to bring up new comer



Degree or diploma holder  with at least 3 years relevant working experience (Banking and Financial Industry are Priority)

Less experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer

Passed IIQE

Good knowledge of insurance (life, medical, fund...)

Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese and Mandarin


Fresh graduate are welcome




5 days work, 15 days annul leave and birthday leave

Salary: $16,000 - $24,000

Work Location: Kowloon East
