RBWM - Digital Banking

We are currently seeking a high caliber candidate to join our team as Senior Digital Engagement Manager to provide fact based data driven insights on customer behavior that direct change in the business and drive incremental revenue.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head of Digital Platform on the delivery personal digital experiences and communications to our customers. Role holders play a key role in maximising our opportunities for customer engagement through our mobile channel.
  • Develop mobile platform to align with digital strategy and achieve financial and other engagement targets across five key activities: Content Management, Digital Messaging, Optimisation, Digital Data, Digital Acquisition
  • Own ongoing business architecture and process improvements opportunities for mobile platform.
  • Produce and optimise content on mobile channel to maximise customer conversions and improve online experiences.
  • Mobilize resources and work with related parites, such as IT and global digital teams, to implement platform migration projects and digital initiatives on mobile platform.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of digital projects on mobile platform.

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree or higher qualifications preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science.
  • At least 8 years of experience on digital platform, preferably in banking and financial sector.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with project management, digital products and people management.
  • The ability to manage concurrent multi-faceted projects involving both internal and external parties as well as resolving conflicting interest and competing priorities of various business users under limited/tight available resources.
  • Knowledge of the latest technology on mobile platform.
