Hang Seng Digital Banking is currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Senior Digital Product Manager

 

Principal responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Digital Products to devise digital product strategies of the Bank and groom the product backlog.
  • Have a primary responsibility for ensuring the proposition features are best in class, simple, easy to use and differentiating.
  • Support the Head of Digital Products on deployment of the commercial business strategy of respective product that positions Digital as an increasing driver of RBWM’s revenue, cost and business improvement..
  • Plan, manage the development of digital products under respective business disciplines so as to drive digital conversion / sales via transactional platform according to prioritization.
  • Produce and optimise content across Mobile, Internet Banking, Public Website and Digital Messaging to improve online experiences and generate income .
  • Assist the Head of Digital Products to transform the digital platforms for the best of user experience and market practice powered by latest technology and digital analytics.
  • Look after multiple cross functional delivery teams and oversees respective product backlog grooming, project delivery and product commercialization.
  • Maintains and leads communication with business stakeholders, resolving conflicting stakeholder priorities. Collaborates with the team to showcase the product to stakeholders.
  • Apply data, metrics and test results from customer reactions to tailor content, digital marketing and customer interactions to improve return on investment and customer returns for the propositions. 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or higher qualifications preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science.
  • At least over 5 years’ retail banking experience, with relevant experience in digital banking is preferred.
  • Relevant experience on project management, digital products, strategy formulation and implementation, and people management.
  • The ability to manage concurrent multi-faceted projects involving both internal and external parties as well as resolving conflicting interest and competing priorities of various business users under limited/tight available resources.
  • Knowledge of the latest technology and market environment.
  • Open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility.
