The job holder is responsible for achieving the profitable growth and development of districts assigned under the region, ensuring sales, productivity and recruitment goals are achieved with quality standards. He/She will also in charge of the daily management of the region in areas of communication, compliance, performance management of agents/ managers, for ensuring company objectives and compliance standards are achieved.
The job holder will manage and support the assigned districts in the following key result areas:
Monitor & motivate managers for recruitment activities with recruitment and manpower growth plan be achieved
Monitor & facilitate the recruitment of new agents and ensure the required quality standards are achieved
Monitor financing of new agents and maximize their productivity to minimize potential financial loss
Monitor new agent development, productivity and retention, to ensure districts are developed with new agents retained and development opportunities in managers
2. Sales Management
Monitor the achievement of overall sales performance of districts against plan for meeting the region’s sales objectives, highlighting areas of
over / under performance.
Monitor the sales performance and motivate agents & managers to meet / exceed their production plans via recognitions, campaigns and performance management
3. Activity Management
Assist and monitor the implementation of activity management in districts and keep track of the progress, for delivering productivity improvement
Monitor districts’ activity management activities with MIS data, and take corrective actions whenever necessary, with the ultimate objective to deliver results in productivity improvement
4. Performance Management
Conduct periodic assessment of agency managers according to performance standards, to ensure managers are achieving company’s recruitment, production & productivity standards
Align agency managers with company vision, goals and objectives
Report to the Senior Agency Management Team on key issues with the districts assigned
6. Compliance & regulatory
Ensure compliance mechanisms are in place and monitor the execution of these rules according to company standards
Ensure the appropriate monitoring & control are implemented and communicated to districts
