Our Client, one of the world's fastest growing hotel companies is seeking a Senior CRM Director to provide expertise, vision and leadership to define and implement customer relationship marketing programs and initiatives that successfully build profitable, long term relationships across all channels. Provide strategic direction for tools and technology to support the implementation and execution of the customer relationship marketing strategy. Manage the market/customer research process and provide learnings and insights to the brands.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years global experience in consumer marketing and/or digital marketing with specific experience running large-scale CRM operations, building and/or running loyalty and/or membership programs and managing profitable acquisition and subsequent retention programs. You must have strong verbal and leadership skills, with a depth of knowledge in digital analytics, campaign tracking and ROI metrics. Experience developing and leading teams is a must.
