Job Description

Scope:

This is a group-level role that assists in developing eCommerce as a channel for a portfolio of Premium Airport Service products within Plaza Premium Group. The right candidate will be monitoring and constantly improving web performance of each brand websites. Your main goal is to grow and engage web visitors, enhance customer experience and ensure a seamless end-to-end integration of our eCommerce business. As the performance marketing and data expert, you will also be responsible to analyse data to identify marketing opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective and lasting consumer journey online.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and supervise online tagging and tracking policy across all markets
  • Conduct data analysis to identify business opportunities; provide actionable insights
  • Perform constant A/B and MVT testing on website content, layout, messaging, and user interface to improve overall web performance
  • Be the super user of CMS (Content Management System) and web analytics tool, and train local and global Marketing team members on usage
  • Partner with business units to develop brand website(s) and maintain website(s) functionality and content
  • Supervise and facilitate system integration and online connectivity to support sales and marketing efforts
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track and share performance
  • Support various CRM efforts, including but not limited to system integration, data management, customer acquisition, segmentation, retention and other campaigns
  • Track, analyse and optimise all digital marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, E-commerce Management or a relevant discipline with minimum 2 years of working experience in eCommerce, performance marketing or CRM operations in travel/ hospitality industry or related field
  • Proficiency in web analytics, split-testing and tagging tools, such as Google Analytics, Crazy Egg, Kissmetrics, etc., is compulsory
  • Experience in CMS, CRM or marketing automation software, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, Kentico, and Joomla, is a plus
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, results-oriented
  • Technologically savvy, sensitive to digital trends
  • Energetic self-starter
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent project and time management
  • Collaborative, team player yet able to work independently
  • Excellent attention to details and strong work ethics
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
