The Job

1. Plan and organize local/ overseas agency incentive events, including:

  • Develop theme and rules of sales contests, awards and conventions
  • Carry out development and execution of program action and promotional plan
  • Manage program logistics
  • Manage production houses, vendors and travel agencies
  • Monitor program progress and results
  • Handle agency enquiries
  • On-site event management
  • Manage part-time subordinates at events

2. Manage industry awards, including:

  • Carry out annual application and database
  • Handle enrollment of events and ceremonies
  • Tickets distribution

3. Manage sales promotion merchandise and distribution to agency force, including:

  • Propose and handle production of the promotion tools such as agency stationery, gift premiums, and year-end items for the whole company
  • Source and manage vendors and suppliers
  • Manage agency orders and delivery

4. Organize ad-hoc marketing roadshows/expo and pop-star concerts for all agencies

  • Plan and manage roadshow schedules for all agencies
  • Tickets distribution and seats management for over thousands participants

The Person

  • Degree holder in Marketing/ Communication/Business Management with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Communication skills of both written and spoken English and Chinese/ Mandarin
  • Excellent project management, problem solving & interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
