Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

Assist in administering C&B policy, procedures, HR budgeting and expatriate benefit management. Provide support on managing employee share options scheme and employee insurances for all shore based employees in Hong Kong and overseas offices.   


  • Develop, implement and administer C&B policy and procedures. Participate in regional and Corporate C&B related deliverables, and monitor the compliance with labor laws and align across the region, e.g., life insurance, personal accident insurance, etc.
  • Consolidate and conduct analysis on C&B cost & proposals for all shore based employees in Hong Kong and overseas offices.
  • Support to administer the employee share options scheme.
  • Prepare monthly staff listing and regular reports for senior management.
  • Review and align expatriate benefit and relevant policies with corporate standards.
  • Provide advice on enquiries on benefit issues for all shore based employees.
  • Assist in annual budgeting exercise.
  • Handle the salary review and bonus exercise.
  • Any other ad hoc projects / duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience; exposure in HR annual exercises, benefits would be an advantage
  • Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Extensive user of MS, especially Excel, knowledge in using SAP and HCM;
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Mature, initiative and independent;
  • Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks within tight schedules.

Candidates with more experience or qualification may be considered as Assistant Manager.
