Job Description


  • Understand the requirements and needs from the Marketing team and create relevant social content that entice consumers
  • Brainstorm, design, create, develop and supervise all social visual content
  • Work with videographer and engage in video projects from storyboard to editing and post production; Be responsible for all aspects of the video art direction
  • Prepare graphics, text, subtitles in multiple languages for video and visual content
  • Supervise post production includes selecting footage, colour grading, editing and final super/graphics treatments & effects
  • Assist  the videographer in managing the production process and ensure the progress to meet deadline
  • Familiarize with a variety of online marketing concepts, best practices and procedures including graphics and visual designs
  • Ongoing original creation, design and optimization of content in the form of photos, videos and other multimedia formats that will be mainly used on the global social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Website etc
  • Assist the Manager, Content Development to manage freelancers/agency to produce quality content that meet with requirements
  • Involve in ad-hoc graphic and visual design for marketing promotions and real-time marketing
  • Assist and support the team and/or department across project coordination


  • Degree or Diploma holder preferably in Creative Media, Graphic Design and Multi-Media design or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years relevant professional experiences
  • Strong in storytelling, presentation layout, visual design and video production
  • Proven track record in producing successful digital content in travel/ lifestyle/ news/ entertainment
  • Stay up-to-date to visual trends and emerging digital technology e.g. Boomerang, Instagram Stories and Facebook, Instagram Live, cinemagraphs, infographics etc
  • Proficiency in Adobe creative suites, Photoshop. Basic knowledge of other film/video programs such as final cut, premier, after effects will be a strong advantage
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and tight schedules
  • Meticulous attention to details and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a creative and publisher mindset with strong interest in trends within leisure travel
  • Excellent communication skill and proficiency in both spoken English and Chinese
  • Willingness to work off-hours and cover on-call shifts
