Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • To be on-site in charge and handle day-to-day operations, administration, and documents;
  • To build up and maintain good relationships with clients;
  • To handle inquiries and complaints from clients;
  • To monitor the performance of on-site staff and contractors;
  • To converse with the client and on-site team in Cantonese and English;
  • To perform ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by the supervisor


  • To have second Honor degree or above in the Hong Kong Certificate University, or equivalent;
  • To have at least 5 years' experience of Supervisory level in Customer Services fields;
  • To be proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English and spoken Cantonese;
  • To possess good computer literacy of MS Office for general office administration; and;
  • To possess good interpersonal, communication, supervisory, and problem- solving skills.
