The Role:

• Work closely and iteratively with designers to build experiences for job seekers in multiple regions and under different brands.
• Contribute to our in-house design system, building world-class components with exciting new front-end tech.
• Act as a partner and mentor for developers looking to improve their frontend skills, while improving your own craft through participation in our awesome front-end practice.
• Work with team members and stakeholders across multiple countries, both in person and remotely (You’ll spend a lot of time in video calls and a bit of time on planes).
• Help maintain quality and reliability in a continuous delivery environment with many production deployments a day from many repositories and pipelines. 

 

Requirements and Skills:

You’ll be using the following technologies to various degrees due to our existing investment in them:

ES6, React, CSS(-in-js), Redux, GraphQL, Webpack, Node and various AWS goodies ...but we’re more interested in investing in you.

Your ability to build expertise in yourself and others, as well as help us make new technology choices in the future, is more important than the keywords you can check off today.
