Job Description


  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll administration, compensation and benefit and employee relations, etc
  • Prepare reports for management review
  • Assist to manage the office administration system to ensure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness
  • Prepare internal memo, announcement and business correspondences independently
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned


  • Degree/Diploma holder with minimum 3 years of HR, Admin or related disciplines
  • Familiar with H.K. Employment Ordinance, related regulations & HR practice and experience in manage PRC office is an advantage
  • Well experience in handle the China and off-shore HR & Admin management as well as payroll & compensation management would be preferable   
  • Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese & English, Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Mature, independent, flexible, proactive, willing to work under pressure,
