In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR administration, payroll, billing reports, reporting and filing.
Your important role is pivotal to the business and you will maintain the Client Payroll & Billing files on each client. Once the Consultants have validated the timesheets, you will process payroll against that. Working closely with Finance, you will ensure Contractors are paid professionally, MPF, Insurance and payslips are issued in accordance with delivery times.
Your role works alongside the Consultants and liaises with the Contractors during their contract length, on matters pertaining to payroll and HR administration e.g. answering payment queries etc and manage their MPF. At the end of each contract duration, along with the Consultants, your role is to close the file by finalising with MPF, IRD and taxation preparation.
We are an international business so you will also liaise with our Australian and other international office from time to time.
