Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business partner and provide sound HR consultative service in areas such as talent acquisition and development, performance management and employee relations
  • Responsible for managing full recruitment cycle up to Supervisory level of Store positions and provide substantial support to HR director
  • Manage full employee life cycle from recruitment and selection, on-boarding, engagement and development to off boarding
  • Take lead in managing internship programs for Hong Kong and regional offices

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR/ Business Administration or equivalent, minimum 4 years of HR specialist experience gained from Retail industry
  • Creative and resourceful, demonstrated ability to develop sourcing strategies for various roles
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
