Job Description

To cope with our continuous growth, we are looking for high caliber professionals to join our Human Resources & Administration Department in our Hong Kong Corporate Office.



  • Supervise and work with the local HR team to provide full spectrum of professional HR services including day-to-day HR operations and end-to-end projects in enhancing compensation & benefits, talent acquisition & management, performance management, employee relations, expatriate administration, organization change, and employee engagement activities for Business Units and Corporate Office
  • Demonstrate the ability to be a ‘trusted advisor’ with all stakeholders within the organization
  • Review, develop and implement various HR processes, policies and programs to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness and in compliance with local legislation and company practice
  • Identify and address improvement opportunities in all core HR functions to link with business goals
  • Keep informed and up to date regarding market standards and best practices
  • Lead and participate in projects or ad-hoc assignments when assigned



  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines; MBA is an advantage
  • At least 8 year’s solid hands-on HR Generalist experience from multinational/sizeable company of which at least 2-3 years in supervisory role and experience with developing a HRIS is an essential
  • Sound knowledge in HR practices, Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related governance statutory ordinances (e.g. MPF, IRD, etc.)
  • Highly developed people management and negotiation skills with the ability to influence people at all levels
  • Mature, responsible, independent, detail-minded, and able to adapt changes
  • Multi-tasking with effective time management to meet tight deadlines, organized with excellent analytical skills, flexible and very sensitive to figures & data
  • Strong problem solver with excellent communication & presentation skills in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
  • Strong PC skills (especially in MS Excel & PPT) is a MUST
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
