Senior HR Manager

Job description:

As a core of the Company, you will be provided with the opportunity to make a difference by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. You will be focusing on providing advice to all levels of management on employee relations, compensation, development, staffing, HR policies and performance management.

 

Job responsibility:

You are expected to perform the following tasks with high standard:

  • Understand the nature of each key business line, establish key metrics to accurately define the competencies and skills required for each role/department within the Company
  • Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from understanding the resourcing needs and requirements to identifying and offering the suitable cultural-fit candidates with outstanding technical skills
  • Lead the performance evaluation process including creating a plan to manage regular reviews and conduct training to staff on the performance review process and career goal setting
  • Drive and manage the design, development and implementation of promotion, compensation and benefits system, proactively suggest continuous improvements in compensation and benefits programs, and communicate changes or updates with management
  • Perform research and interpretation of market data and relevant benchmarks to identify relevant compensation and benefits trends that align with the Company’s strategies and to maintain competitive market position
  • Build and maintain harmonious employee/employer relationship, understand the support needs, concerns and stress levels of staff, and advise management through regular consultation to minimize any issues
  • Oversee HR-related administrative duties, file and update all staff personnel and statutory documents to ensure that all staff information are properly kept and updated

 

Candidate requirement:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in human resources management
  • Understanding of effective recruitment and selection process, ideally with some understanding of finance-related positions recruitment techniques
  • Knowledge of performance assessment and improvement, compensation practices, talent review, talent management and manager development
  • Knowledge in employment laws, regulations and best practices
  • Excellent organizational management skills and ability to lead and coach staff members
