Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR Center of Excellence to ensure smooth and effective HR operation across the region
  • Liaise closely with senior management and stakeholders to provide strategic HR advice coping with the business growth
  • Act as a strategic advisor for department heads and line managers on employee relations issues and performance management programs
  • Driving HR initiatives and implement different HR programs on talent retention and development
  • Assist Regional HR Director on change management and organization development projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 12 years of solid HR experience gained from MNCs, preferably within the Technology / Telecommunication / Software Solution organizations
  • Equipped with regional experience and familiar with labour law across Asia countries
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with various levels of employees
  • Resilient , flexible with strong Strategic mindset
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
